We've compiled responses to some of the most common questions users have when exploring Auto-Invest.

Auto-Invest is a feature that enables automated crypto investing. It allows users to set up recurring purchases of selected cryptocurrencies, specifying the amount and frequency. Once set up, Auto-Invest will execute these automated cryptocurrency investments according to your schedule, incorporating dollar-cost averaging (DCA) into your crypto investment strategy without manual intervention.
Auto-Invest supports a broad range of cryptocurrencies available on WhiteBIT. This includes major assets like Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL) and various other altcoins. See the complete list of supported assets for your crypto investment plan. The Auto-Invest Order shall be executed at WhiteBIT’s prevailing market price of your chosen digital asset and is irreversible.
Funds for Auto-Invest will be deducted from your Trade Balance. After each purchase, the acquired assets will also be deposited into your Trade Balance.
Available frequency to choose from: Hourly, Every 4 Hours, Every 12 Hours, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. There are no limits to the maximum number of plans.
If your Trade Balance lacks sufficient funds, you will receive multiple notifications. If the issue isn't resolved, the Auto-Invest plan will automatically be suspended.
When setting up an Auto-Invest plan, you have the flexibility to define the investment amount in two ways: Amount Size: This is the value of your investment that can be set in a stablecoin like USDT . Size Quantity: Alternatively, you can specify the investment amount directly in a cryptocurrency of your choice.
There are no minimum or maximum limits for the Auto-Invest plan. However, it's important to note that some markets may have low activity, which could affect the success of your investments.
You can stop or deactivate the Auto-Invest plan anytime in the Auto-Invest section. Navigate to My Plans, select Ongoing Plans, and then go to the Details tab to make changes. Stopped plans will remain in the Ongoing Plans list, while deactivated plans will be moved to a separate Deactivated list for easier management and review.
In case your account is suspended or on hold it will not affect your Auto-Invest plan. Unless your WhiteBIT account is terminated you will be able to use the service. In case of termination of your WhiteBIT account, we will close your plan automatically.
When making a decision use the Auto-Invest service you should bear in mind the following issues and risks:
  1. service is completely automatic and it is totally on your side to control this process, your negligence may cause the risk of adverse orders execution;
  2. your own actions (voluntary or involuntary), decisions or judgments while using the service and to any losses that may occur based on them are at your own risk;
  3. high price fluctuations and volatility of digital assets may cause significant losses.
